​ All orders require 3-4 business days to process before shipping out. Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the email provided by you.

Standard shipping: 2-4 business days after your order is shipped out

International shipping: 7-10 business days

Any order placed after 6pm (EST) we will start processing the following business day.

All packages are delivered via USPS and require a signature confirmation

​There are NO refunds on any hair extensions 

How many bundles should I purchase?

14inch  to 20inch you can use 3 bundles and from 20inch to 26 inch we recommend using 4 bundles for desired fullness with your install.

How long will my  hair last?

 Our extensions will last for as long as you take care of them. 

Can I wash/ straighten / apply heat /or swim in my extensions?

Yes.

Can I dye my extensions?

Yes.

Can I perm my extensions?

Yes.
